Nothing is baked to sit in a case. Your cake is made for your date, and it leaves the kitchen the same day it is finished.
Real ingredients, no shortcuts
Butter, not margarine. Real chocolate, real vanilla, fruit in season. It costs more and it takes longer, and it is the entire point.
